Kalamata Olives marinated in red wine vinegar, from Kangaroo Island Olives. Traditional olives sharply flavoured by red wine vinegar.
Chilli, Ginger, & Wild Lime Sauce, from Outback Spirit. Sweet, sharp, just the right amount of spicy, this sauce is excellent for everything from stir-fried sauce to burger sauce.
Native Dukkah, from Taste Australia. A mild Australian variation of dukkah, this mix contains macadamia, almond, wattleseed, finger lime, lemon myrtle, saltbush, and garlic, along with the traditional sesame seeds.
Mango and Rivermint Relish, from Outback Spirit. Matching sweet mango with native rivermint, this relish is a refreshing taste for desserts, snacks, and meals alike.
Wagyu Biltong Sticks, from Wagyu Biltong Co. Crunchy sticks of Australian Wagyu beef air-dried and processed in Perth, the air-drying process keeping the distinctive Wagyu fat content for a rich flavour, in South African biltong seasoned style. Available in traditional or chili seasoned varieties.
Multiseed Crackers, from Knutsford Gourmet. A box of crisp and seed filled large square crackers, excellent with almost any topping.
Salami Sticks, from Honeyvale Farm. Air-dried pork salami from free range pigs whose diets heavily involve seasonal fruit and vegetables, mixed with traditional salami seasonings to create a flavourful bite. Available in mild Beer sticks (doesn’t contain beer, but a good accompaniment to a strong drink!) or very spicy Godfather sticks.
Daintree Tea teabags from Far North Plantations. A set of ten individually packaged teabags in a cassowary-decorated box, showcasing a unique Australian variety of black tea.
Allergen: Native Dukkah and Honey and Walnut Lavosh contains nuts (macadamias, almonds, walnuts); Native Dukkah contains sesame; Honey and Walnut Lavosh and Multiseed crackers contain gluten; Chilli, GInger, and Wild Lime sauce contains soy and was processed in a facility that also processes peanut and sesame products.
